Senior Innovation and Development Leader

This role is a key position responsible for leading and driving innovation and development projects within the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in partnering with Regulatory, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Clinical Development on product development and approval processes.
- Strong leadership skills to drive innovation agenda with cross-functional teams.
- Technical understanding of requirements to deliver innovation across medicines, dietary supplements, consumer goods, and devices.
- Ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory implications.
- Experience in highly complex matrix organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation and development roles.
- Proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
