Job Title: Technical Innovation Leader

In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of solutions across our client-facing applications. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic architectural designs that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a technical innovator or similar role, with a strong understanding of software architecture, programming, and management principles. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that solutions are aligned with business strategy and capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Develop architectural designs for multiple business applications, ensuring they meet enterprise requirements.
  • Consulting Support: Provide expert advice to Product & Engineering Squads to ensure project alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • System Integration: Analyze system requirements and integrate systems securely with current applications.
  • Collaboration: Liaise and collaborate with software engineers to implement architectural designs.
  • Documentation: Document all architectural designs and analyses comprehensively.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a technical innovator or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture, programming, and management principles.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to think outside the square and contribute to architectural practices standards and governance model charted by senior leadership.
