The Disability Services Manager - Residential Services will work closely with clients and their families to identify assessment care needs and support services required to promote enablement, dignity, independence, and choice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to ensure high-quality customer experiences
- Conducting thorough care plan reviews and management
- Leading and providing coaching to support workers in effective methods for delivering and exceeding client expectations
- Monitoring service levels, including the review of funding and client/carer satisfaction
- Ensuring timely completion of consumer support plans and assessments
- Conducting case conferences with internal and external stakeholders in conjunction with the consumer and/or their representative when needs change or review of needs is required
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management roles, managing SIL/Disability accommodations, and supervising, supporting, and training staff.
Required qualifications include holding an NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and a current Driver's license.
