About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our Aboriginal Health Practitioners team within a dynamic healthcare network.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in implementing and embedding a stronger approach to support Aboriginal clinical workforce. They will enable culturally sensitive care to clients across the continuum of health services, through leadership and by providing an 'Aboriginal lens' to healthcare.
Key responsibilities include assessing and providing clinical intervention to Aboriginal clients/consumers with complex needs, supporting and guiding multi-disciplinary team members in developing culturally appropriate interventions, and reducing the risk of disengagement with treatment and care plans.
