Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and process inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory levels, shipments, and other key metrics.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following all company guidelines and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve business objectives.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong background in operations and logistics.
- Valid forklift license and certification.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg and perform repetitive tasks with ease and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
