About the Role
We're seeking driven, solution-oriented individuals who thrive on helping others. As an Employment Partner, you'll develop strong rapport with our participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with resume development, job application preparation, and interview coaching, as well as administration duties and identifying and assessing barriers to employment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have full Australian working rights, a valid driver's license, and be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. You'll also need to demonstrate the WISE attributes of customer centricity, curiosity, resilience, adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset.
