Job Description

The role of Head of Registry Services is a dynamic position that requires leadership and management skills to drive the Registry function forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and directing all aspects of the Registry function, including operational ownership of external registry administrators and internal contact centre teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transformation and execution of initiatives to support a Target Operating Model
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead and manage a team of engaged registry professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this opportunity, your qualifications, skills, and experience could include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Registry Operations, with a proven track record of managing outsourcing processes and relationships
  • 5+ yrs experience leading Registry, Contact Centre or similar teams
  • Strong understanding of registry processes and systems, asset management workflows, as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
