About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Billing and Credit Management function. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize billing and credit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement proactive programs to reduce credit, identity, and fraud risk
  • Represent Billing and Credit on internal and external matters, including credit, billing, and fraud management
  • Develop and deliver successful data strategies for Billing and Credit, aligning with Optus's overall data strategy
  • Manage risk and compliance, credit and fraud decisioning, fraud prevention, credit systems, and optimization functions
  • Lead resources across all B&C projects, including larger business model change programs and process improvements for customers
About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in credit risk/compliance, billing, and fraud risk management. You should have strong practical experience in data science, transformation, and process improvement, as well as executive-level leadership experience in large-scale billing and operations management.
