Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies to delivering a high-touch hiring manager experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective multi-channel sourcing methods to attract and engage suitable candidates, as well as conducting comprehensive screening and interviews to assess their qualifications. Your strong organizational and time management skills, combined with your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent attraction and sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement effective multi-channel sourcing methods to attract and engage suitable candidates
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Deliver outstanding service to internal customers through engagement, consultation, and timely communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Several years' experience within internal talent acquisition or an RPO environment preferred
- Omni-channel sourcing skills leveraging job boards, social media, talent pooling, internal mobility, referrals, and networking
- Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated agility and responsiveness to business needs
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
- Proactive, results-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software
