Job Overview

This role involves guiding supported employees to achieve employment goals while maintaining safety and productivity in various work areas.

The successful applicant will supervise supported staff to ensure their safety and well-being while maximising production.

  • Supervise supported employees to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Guide supported staff to achieve employment goals and increase productivity.
  • Assist with gathering evidence for funding agreements through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Provide training to supported workers as required.
  • Cover staff leave when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team Leader to optimise production.
  • Maintain core values and behavioural requirements.
Requirements
  • Completed NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation.
  • Police Criminal History Check required.
  • Working with Children Check required.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in a work environment.
