Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements.

Implement person-centred approaches to promote independence and community integration, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.

Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.

Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.

Ensure adherence to NDIS standards and legislative requirements. Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders. Facilitate feedback to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.

- In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
