We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at the airport.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure smooth airport operations.
  • Greeting customers warmly, processing travel documents, assigning seats, and issuing boarding passes are key responsibilities of this role.
  • The candidate must also be able to assist with gate boarding procedures, manage passenger marshalling, and respond to disruptions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly.
  2. Process travel documents: Verify the accuracy of travel documents and assign seats accordingly.
  3. Manage baggage: Issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers as required.
  4. Assist with gate boarding procedures: Ensure a smooth transition from check-in to boarding.
  5. Respond to disruptions: Manage disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations.

  • ASIC card: Obtain an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months).
  • Flexibility: Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Shifts: Capable of working shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
  • Availability: Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight.
  • Training: Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
