**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our Community Development team in Geelong. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering project design and drafting services for various projects, including road and drainage design, stormwater management, and water supply systems.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in civil engineering, as well as contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Deliver project design and drafting services for various projects, including road and drainage design, stormwater management, and water supply systems;

  • Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients;

  • Develop and maintain knowledge and competence in the use of civil engineering standards and software, including AutoCAD and 12D Design;

  • Promote and provide a safe working environment for all team members;

  • Ensure professional standards are maintained and company objectives are met;

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, recognized by Engineers Australia as eligible for membership as a professional engineer;

  • Passion for learning and problem-solving;

  • Eligibility to work in Australia;
