This role of Senior Civil Engineer is vital to the ongoing success of our P&B Civil team in Perth and offerscareer developmentopportunities and professional growth.

The opportunity to work oniconic WA Projects, some of which include the B316 Super Science Building and Swan Active Centre regional-level aquatic centre.
The ability to work on national projectsincluding but not limited to high-profile projects such as the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.
What you will do: Work on a range of iconic projects within the defence, health, energy and commercial sectors.
Work in a high impact, market-facing and civil engineering delivery focused role.
Manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
Proactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of works.
Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
About you: Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil Engineering).
Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable).
Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including roads, carparks, public realm, earthworks, stormwater and utility coordination.
Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes.
Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects.
Expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector, e.g.
commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions.
Sound client facing and relationship management skills.
Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines.
Proficiency with Auto CAD and 12 D or Civil3 D.
Knowledge of DRAINS and MUSIC software.
Highly developed customer-focus, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
