**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at Monadelphous. As a key member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for shaping how the company develops its current and future leaders and key talent across our East Coast operations.

You will work autonomously in our Brisbane office and travel throughout the east coast business to support all projects across VIC, NSW, QLD, and PNG. Your role will involve designing and delivering tailored L&OD initiatives in collaboration with site and operational leaders, as well as developing and maintaining important external relationships.

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of bespoke solutions such as professional development workshops and safety leadership offerings. You will also facilitate delivery of professional development and leadership development workshops in person, from Brisbane and travelling to VIC, NSW, QLD, and PNG regularly.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders to find the right solutions. You will also act as an internal consultant to our internal customers on various learning and organisational development initiatives, understanding their requirements and providing expert guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications or proven experience in Psychology or Organisational Development (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a minimum). You must have proven experience in facilitating professional development and training programs, as well as the ability to travel across the east coast to our various offices and branches, plus internationally to support our team in PNG.

A strategic thinker with a high level of resilience, you will take ownership for driving outcomes across all levels from entry-level professionals to senior managers. You will also possess a strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills.
