About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Ability Action Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our participants to assess their emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participants' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support and services to participants.
  • Participate in professional development and receive formal supervision to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in group supervision and disability-specific workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
