Senior Leader for Strategic Delivery Excellence

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Delivery team in the area of strategic delivery governance.

  • Ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence across projects by implementing governance best practices at scale.
  • Facilitate portfolio syncs to guarantee visibility and alignment of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify, document, and resolve interdependencies across programs and projects.
  • Provide oversight to proactively manage delivery risks and impacts.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in project management coupled with experience in senior delivery or account management roles in IT.

  • Proven track record in strategic delivery governance, portfolio management, or enterprise PMO leadership.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across senior leadership and delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Passion for building communities and driving cultural change through collaboration and influence.
  • Experience in negotiating and influencing executive-level sponsors.
  • Familiarity with working in outsourced IT arrangements and collaborating with vendors.
