About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Victoria, working from home with travel required. As the SDA Acquisitions Coordinator, you will provide person-centred services to internal and external stakeholders, and manage our fee-for-service programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of property investors/landlords to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide person-centred services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including property performance reports and stakeholder engagement reports.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a property management and/or business development role, including knowledge of new business acquisitions, landlord management, and ongoing stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of property investors/landlords to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Experience working in a provider of disability accommodation or tenancy services or related discipline in the NDIS sector (desirable).
  • Real Estate Licence (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support.
  • Flexibility and mobility to undertake business travel as required.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Unrestricted driver's licence.
  • Report writing skills.
  • NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
