About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at SDAH Saputo Dairy Australia (Holdings). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in primary production logistics to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day customer service to SDA Feeds customers through efficient and timely logistics execution of feed sales and purchase contracts.
  • Support the SDA feeds sales team by providing pricing and feeds information to customers.
  • Lead contractor management, quarterly freight agreements, and administer coordination for efficient execution aligned with sales plans.
  • Oversee trading position and report market insights, establishing the management of supply and location of commodities in inventory or under contract.
  • Team up with the SDA Feeds Trading Manager to improve data management across the business. Manage credit and chain of responsibility (COR) procedures and policies, reporting any breaches.
  • Support the SDA Feeds Trading Manager in responding to inquiries on commodity sales. Handle customer communications, orders, and sales analysis, ensuring post-sale customer success.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field, although not essential.
  • Experience in primary production logistics, particularly the supply of feed to dairy customers.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
