Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduling Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure projects, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client initiatives into successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs and stakeholders, to establish project timelines.
  • Work closely with program or project teams, integrating with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor and analyze schedule progress, providing forecasts and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform thorough schedule analysis, comparisons, quality checks, critical path analysis, and DCMA reviews.
  • Conduct risk assessments, EVM monitoring, SPI analysis, delay, and forensic schedule analysis.
  • Present technical schedule information through engaging dashboards, summary reports, and senior leadership presentations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in P6 software and other project management tools.
  • Proven track record of success in infrastructure projects, particularly in rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, and transport sectors.
  • Familiarity with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk is highly beneficial.
  • Power BI experience is advantageous.
  • Candidates with experience on both client-side and consultancy sides, as well as contracting roles, are encouraged to apply.
