Your role

We seek an experienced Scheduling Officer to join our team, working 12-month contract, full-time hours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, organise and schedule appointments between customers and clinicians
  • Utilise customised scheduling software and analytical skills to set up, modify and maintain the scheduling of appointments for clinical teams
  • Work as part of the larger scheduling function to ensure scheduling for the entire business is completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information held on the scheduling system
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to diffuse conflict
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for clinicians and customers in a time-efficient manner
  • Provide assistance with caseload planning as required

Requirements

  • Previous scheduling experience, ideally within the allied health, NDIS or disability support sector
  • Be a customer-centric individual focusing on delivering extraordinary service
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership of your role and responsibilities
  • High attention to detail
