Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Pet Cremation Services Coordinator.

This position requires a full-time individual based in Melbourne who can support our purpose of honoring a lifetime of unconditional love.

The responsibilities of this role include collecting deceased pets from vet clinics, which may involve handling pets that are hygienically bagged and chilled. Occasionally, collection will take place directly from owners' homes. Delivering pet ashes to vet clinics and pet owners' homes is also a key responsibility.

To be successful in this position, one must maintain accurate records and attention to detail. Additionally, ensuring vehicle and work areas meet company standards is crucial.

We utilize modern vehicles suited for sensitive and hygienic pet transport. It is essential that all team members take pride in conducting an ethical, clean, neat, and hygienic operation.

Requirements for this role include holding a valid driver's license with at least 9 demerit points remaining. A passion for helping people during difficult times is also necessary.

Physically fit and comfortable handling deceased pets professionally are essential qualities. The ability to maintain a clean and organized environment and experience with safe lifting procedures are also required.

Ambassadors of our organization are expected to demonstrate empathy combined with professionalism during emotional times for clients. This includes being fully COVID vaccinated.
