**Bamganie Pets Cremation Service** is located in Lethbridge, a rural township 25km north-west of Geelong.

Offering the highest standard of companion animal bereavement services, we operate our own crematorium and provide a dedicated collection service throughout Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

**We are seeking a trustworthy and compassionate staff member to join us on a Full Time Basis (min. 38 hours per week)**

This role is for someone who possesses a high level of emotional intelligence and can respectfully interact with pet owners and veterinary practice staff. You will have strong timekeeping practices and understand the importance of effective customer service delivery.

**We are seeking a team member who can perform the following responsibilities**:

- Deliver returns to clinics and private clients, collect medical waste and perform ad hoc collections.
- Cover leave/fill in for drivers, packagers and cremation team when required
- Complete paperwork and identification checks accurately
- Assist the cremator with production
- Heavy Lifting involved
- Basic Site/Yard Maintenance
- Other duties as required by Bamganie Management

- Hold a current Australian Driver's License with ability to drive manua
- Forklift License advantageou
