As a Data & Analytics Director, you'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the practice, ensuring delivery excellence, sales, recruiting, account management, and business operations.

About This Role
  • You will lead the overall growth of our Data & Analytics practice through business development, talent management, delivery work oversight, and thought leadership.
  • Maximize team performance by implementing effective team strategies that increase productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics, accounts receivable, deliverable content, and client buy-in at top management levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 14+ years of consulting experience in data and analytics strategy, architecture, and solution delivery, resulting in clear client business outcomes.
  • P&L experience from a comparably sized consulting firm.
  • Broad data and analytics experiences across data strategy, architecture, data governance, visualizations, AI/ML, legacy data platforms, and modern cloud data stacks.
  • Deep expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering modern cloud data stack-based data and analytical solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as Snowflake or Databricks based cloud data platforms.
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client bases; organic business development responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
