Job Overview

This position plays a key role in shaping the future of sustainable communities through innovative equipment management. As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee equipment under Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) and leverage Equipment Health Management (EHM) to drive value.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to provide operational and technical direction to a team of Fleet Engineers and field personnel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in Solar HSSE programs, incident review, and workplace hazard assessments.
  • Provide commercial support and act as liaison for financial decisions.
  • Maintain clear communication with key personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

The role involves remote locations and travel, serving multiple customers or a single one. Key accountabilities include managing alerts, promoting alerts to Customer Advisory, and reviewing service bulletins.

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated technical management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Power Generation/Oil & Gas industries.
