About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fitness Equipment Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely navigating Melbourne suburbs and beyond to deliver orders and complete installations to our customers during the day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading allocated vans with daily deliveries
  • Delivery of prepared runs, including complete documentation using our provided app
  • Assembly and installation of fitness equipment, from small pieces to complex installations
  • Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of vehicles
  • Assistance with warehouse duties as required, including unloading containers, packing away of stock, picking and packing bulk orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service to valued customers
  • Safely operating vehicle and ensuring vehicle safety checks are carried out
  • Reporting issues to management and liaising as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A manual Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • A forklift license preferred but not essential
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • General fitness is important as manual handling of products is a key part of the role, including some heavy lifting required from time to time
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
