Our organisation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Security Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our digital intelligence business in Australia. You will provide strategic oversight of protective security across governance, personnel, and physical security to assist with continuous delivery of business operations.

As a Site Security Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  2. Providing expert security advice and incident response services">
  3. Developing and maintaining comprehensive security policies and plans">
  4. Conducting regular threat and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities">
  5. Implementing effective security measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards">
  6. Managing access control, security keys, and the security of information in our Canberra facility">
  7. Traveling to Australian sites to review security controls, conduct staff training, and provide security-related presentations as required">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Defence Security Clearance (Essential)">
  • Strong experience in security risk management techniques">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders">

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Canberra office. The individual will hold, or have the ability to hold, an NV2 or higher security clearance.
