Job Title: Security Operations Lead

The Security Operations Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the security of our business. This position requires a strong understanding of security principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time, on-site, role based out of our Canberra office.

">Key Responsibilities"
  • Be the first point of contact for security advice and incident response.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and plans.
  • Conduct regular threat and risk assessments to assess suitability of security posture in specific area.
  • Conduct regular security audits to ensure business activities remain within required accreditation or regulatory standards.
  • Conduct investigations and incident responses in critical circumstances.
  • Provide specific details of key security content pertaining to their area.
  • Establish effective procedures to achieve security outcomes that are consistent with Australian Government policies and legal requirements.
">About You"
  • Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
  • Knowledge of incident management, investigations, and crises management principles.
  • Knowledge of security risk management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in all Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
