Job Overview

The Endoscopy Unit operates within a fast-paced, high-turnover environment offering diverse learning opportunities across endoscopy nursing skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced clinical leadership to facilitate the progression of strategic objectives for the Endoscopy Unit.
  • Develop and implement standards of practice, models of care, service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Offer specialist advice, information, and consultation to staff to meet statutory, policy, and regulatory requirements related to safety and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with demonstrated advanced level of clinical expertise in endoscopy nursing.
  • Ability to provide contemporary leadership that facilitates ongoing development of clinical practice.
  • Capacity to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through planning, quality improvement, and research.
