We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within our perioperative service, working closely with clinical leaders to ensure accurate and timely data capture.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide expert clinical interpretation of data. They will lead the translation of data insights into practical strategies that enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with clinical leaders to develop data-driven solutions
  • Providing expert clinical advice on data analysis and interpretation
  • Leading the development of reports and dashboards to inform decision-making

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in the relevant practice area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
