As a Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for observing and assessing educators, providing tailored training, developing educational procedures and documentation, mentoring educators in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate programs, and supporting services in community engagement and partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance program quality and improve outcomes for children, families, and staff.
- Mentor educators in best practices, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work closely with services to build strong local partnerships, promoting community engagement and supporting the development of inclusive programs.
- Support the design and implementation of wellbeing initiatives for children, families, and staff, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Facilitate reflective practice sessions to guide the development and review of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs), ensuring continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
- Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time, Our Place learning framework for school-aged children, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
