Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Room Leader. This position involves leading a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services, prior Lead experience in long day-care, and sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, documenting children's learning and development, and contributing to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum.

You will also be required to participate in ongoing professional development and learning through educational programs, mentoring, and peer support opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
