Early Childhood Teacher Role

Guardian Bellbowrie seeks an energetic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join its dynamic team. As a leader, you will mentor educators, ensure exceptional care for every child, and build strong relationships with families.

The Opportunity
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.
  • Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Champion the Centre as a beacon of Guardian's values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
  • Implement visible educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators.
  • Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
  • Participate in Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.
Requirements
  • A completed Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
  • Prior experience in an ECT role.
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQS).
  • Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card).
