Team Leader Job Description

About Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering excellent client-centric services and reinforcing a culture of mutual respect, support, growth, positive energy, achievement, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with care and compassion, conduct meaningful assessments, and guide them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Team Management: Motivate and empower team members to share their experiences and contribute ideas that enable collaboration and improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
  • Registration with ASORC or AHPRA
  • Full working rights and a full Australian Driver's license
