About Your Role

  • Support the Quality Champion's participation in programs aimed at improving service quality.
  • Participate in orientation and training sessions as required.
  • Provide mentorship and support to help develop skills.
  • Conduct interviews and observations to gather feedback on service quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
  • Follow up on recommendations to improve service quality.

About You

  • Experience working with people with disability.
  • Ability to work with diverse people and deliver on-the-job training.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and ability to coordinate and supervise.
  • Flexibility to travel independently and conduct interviews.
  • Person-centred and inclusive approach.
  • Motivation to conduct quality assessments and modify communication style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and current NSW Drivers' License.
