Design Visionary

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that inspire action and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage and mentor designers to ensure sustainable ways of working, high-quality research and delivery, and career growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in experience design, with expertise in product and technology team collaboration.
  • Proven service design skills and ability to apply systems thinking to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build empathy and drive cross-functional consensus.
  • Proficiency in Figma and emerging UX/UI tools, with knowledge of user research methods and UX strategies.
  • Experience in health, wellbeing, and/or aged care sectors, with a deep understanding of diverse user needs.
  • Able to design from scratch or improve existing features using user-centered design principles.
  • Comfortable in collaborative, challenge-oriented environments with engineering, data, product, and UX teams.
