About The Role

This role involves establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships to gain insights into their insurance needs and offer proactive advice and solutions. It also includes identifying new business prospects by recommending suitable options to clients, delivering insurance proposals, and managing applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing client relationships to understand their insurance requirements.
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Developing and presenting insurance proposals.
  • Managing client applications and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Oversight of renewals, credit control, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with underwriters to secure quotes and negotiate terms.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in insurance broking or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
