Event Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class events across various verticals and teams.

This is a varied position that provides exposure to all aspects of event delivery, from planning to execution and post-project administration. Every day will be different, with diverse clients, speakers, courses, events, and delivery formats to keep you challenged and engaged.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading training events (both virtual and in-person)
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and speakers
  • Coordinating with printers, travel partners, venues, and flight agencies
  • Managing speaker and sponsor/exhibitor relationships
  • Creating and sending scheduled communications and reminders

As an Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop strong customer service skills, build relationships with sales teams, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful event outcomes.
