Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Delivery Framework Manager. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving change and improvement across the business.

As a Delivery Framework Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the optimization, implementation, and embedding of our Enterprise Portfolio Governance framework. This includes traditional project management and Agile methodologies. You'll be accountable for developing and maintaining controls, standards, processes, and tools to drive successful delivery of our change portfolio.

You'll also own a program of work to execute improvement in delivery excellence across the organization, focusing on governance, funding, enterprise metrics, ceremonies, cadences, ways of working, and enterprise tooling. Additionally, you'll manage complex streams of work with interdependencies and cross-functional stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in governance, portfolio management, delivery capability, and practices.

Your expertise will guide stakeholders in using the Enterprise Portfolio Governance framework, covering governance, methodology, frameworks, tooling, and Agile portfolio management. You'll build strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology or Project Management
  • Minimum 5-10 years of people leadership experience (desired)
  • Proven track record of driving capability uplift
  • Mastery of leadership and change management skills, consultation, influencing, and negotiation capability
  • Extensive commercial acumen and expert stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled ability to handle complexity and uncertainty
  • Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
