Guzman y Gomez is a fast-growing food company with a presence in Australia, Singapore, Tokyo, and the USA. We're looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant, stepping up when the Restaurant Manager is not available. You'll lead the team through busy service periods, crew training, and proactively improve guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
