Kitchen Operations Manager

Job Summary:
ZSG is a fast-paced, casual dining establishment serving traditional Greek cuisine with a modern twist. As a Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coach a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food safety and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
