About the Role

This role involves leading daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment, cultivating a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and succession planning, and monitoring sales and business metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and employee development
  • Monitor sales and business metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
