Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our people management practices and driving business success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Solutions and Advisory
- Develop and implement HR solutions that address key workforce challenges, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic and operational advice to meet business needs, leveraging HR knowledge and expertise.
- Stakeholder Relationships and Communication
- Develop and sustain relationships across the business to ensure comprehensive understanding of opportunities and challenges faced, and people management development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication at all levels, including senior leadership, managers, and employees.
- Policy Development and Employee Experience
- Develop and lead best practice across the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Drive retention strategies through strategic human resources business partner relationships.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Human Resources degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of HRBP experience, with a focus on talent development and employee experience.
