Job Title: Senior Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to lead our residential development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing design and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and community-focused outcomes.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government, as well as engage and coordinate consultants, civil contractors, builders, and service authorities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports covering financials and risk.
About You

You're an experienced project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

  • Proven project management experience in residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, property, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
