Supporting Independence and Choice

As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with participants of the NDIS to provide assistance with daily living, companionship, and emotional support. You will help participants learn essential life skills, make informed decisions, and grow as individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced organisation skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, patience, and understanding. They will also have a thorough understanding of disability supports and be able to advocate on behalf of the people they support.
This role requires a Certificate III or above in Community Services & Individual Support or relevant experience. You will also need to have WWCC, NDISWC, and a police check, as well as a full driver's license and Epilepsy Training.
