Support Worker - Independent Living Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality support that enables clients to increase their skills and independence.

  • Providing physical, emotional, psychological and social wellbeing support to clients.
  • Delivering person-centred support that respects clients' choices and preferences.
  • Liaising with team leaders and external professionals to ensure holistic and personalised support.

You will work collaboratively with clients, their families and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. A motivated and caring individual with excellent communication skills is required.
