We are seeking a seasoned Automotive Sales Leader to drive high performance and lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

As Automotive Retail Floor Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Consultants.
  • Coach, mentor, and drive performance through one-on-ones and daily huddles.
  • Embed best-in-class processes across enquiry handling, appraisals, CRM, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Maintain showroom standards, manage demo fleet, and ensure stock readiness.
  • Consistently monitor online showroom presence and set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales KPIs.

For success in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager in a retail dealership.
  • Incredible ability to energize the team.
  • A passion for leading people and building team culture.
  • Strong understanding of sales process discipline and CRM utilisation.
  • The ability to manage multi-brand, high-volume sales operations.
