Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for providing product and technical support to external and internal customers, including pre-sales technical support, sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of our products.

Additionally, you will provide product and application training to customers, as well as post-sales technical expertise during installation, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our products.

Your innovative ideas, customer perspective, and research into product developments will help us stay ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product and technical support to external and internal customers
  • Develop and review high-level designs, solution positioning, and product selections
  • Conduct product demos, proof of concept set-ups, training, and workshops
  • Provide on-site installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Evaluate operational quality of equipment and instruct customers in operation and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Telecommunication or relevant field with 3-5 years of experience
  • Computer and office skills, including proficiency in Office365, Windows, and Project
  • Knowledge and experience with test equipment, including Optical Time Domain Reflectometers, Optical Power Meters, and Sources
  • Previous OSP engineering and post-sales OSP experience
  • Knowledge and experience in FOSC, FIST, and Tenio closures
  • Previous experience/knowledge of FTTx network design and splicing of ribbon and stranded fibre cables
  • Experience in preparing and selecting products for RFI, RFP, and RFT
  • Deal closing skills to assist the sales force
