Financial Accountant Position

The role of Financial Accountant is a vital part of our organization's financial operations. This position will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, processing direct debit payments and staff reimbursements, as well as overseeing asset registers and balance sheet reconciliations.

We are seeking an individual with a degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA/CA qualification. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, high-quality data entry skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Process direct debit payments and staff reimbursements
  • Oversee asset registers and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting and contribute to management reporting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA/CA qualification (highly regarded)
  • Attention to detail and high-quality data entry skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
