Financial Accountant Job Opportunity

About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality general accounting services.

The Role:

You will report directly to the Accounting and Reporting Manager and work closely with the Australian Financial Controller and the Management Accountant. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly financial and management account reports, performing financial accounting services, and investigating and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a similar financial accounting role
  • CA/CPA qualified or near qualified
  • High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience using an ERP system (SAP or JD Edwards highly valued)
